This coffee is a microlot from the co-operative, taken from Rosely’s farm, Finca Terra Nuova (new land.)
The farm is a family effort. Rosely and her husband work the farm and Rosely herself is responsible for marketing.
When I spoke to her about launching her coffee, she said:
“I want to cry with emotion, It’s my dream come true”
Mjolka - My 100% Arabica dark roast. 2 Star Great Taste Award winner 2023.
Blended and roasted specifically to cut through milk and still deliver intense coffee flavour this is a blend of coffees from Latin America and Africa.
Expect Dark Chocolate, Treacle toffee and Hazelnut. This is best for lattes and cappuccinos as well as when you might want to add a flavoured syrup.
